Alella Vinícola lies 15 kilometres to the north of Barcelona and has been making Mediterranean-inspired wines since 1906. This Cava is aged for a minimum of 14 months and is degorged just before it comes onto the market to maintain all its freshness and intensity. Fresh with complex aromas of dried fruit. Elegant and complex with a persistent finish.
