Pablo Martínez has led the winemaking effort at his family's winery in Rías Baixas since 2014. He takes care of the vineyards and the winemaking. Pablo believes that the secret to good wine lies in the soil. Each harvest is different and Pablo treats each vine as an individual and the earth as a living being. Pablo says of his wines, "they are more than just a silky liquid. Each bottle contains the mystery of the land and its unique grapes; an inimitable light and aroma; an incomparable tradition. The wines are the result of the hallmarks of history, where the ground and the grapes reach their uttermost expression."
