This rosé stands out with a light salmon pink colour and a bit of orange peel on the rim. The wine elicits aromas of rose water, strawberries, watermelon, and black currant. It has a crisp, dry finish and is perfect alongside the braai.

Because the Mourvèdre grape is originally from the warm shores of the Mediterranean, it is heat-resistant and grows vigorously in our climate. Our small vineyard of less than one hectare is pruned to retain a large number of growth positions. This reduces the vines’ vegetative vigour and yields a balance between growth and fruiting.
